Partner Account Manager
HeySMS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Account Manager to join our team and help us grow! This role requires deep knowledge of products and services in the telecom field, as well as fluency in both Russian and English.
Responsibilities:
- Attracting and developing accounts in target areas to expand our partner network and increase revenue.
- Searching negotiatiable prices, terms, and contracts with partners to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Supporting and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Focusing on identifying potential partners and closing successful deals to drive business growth.
- Analyzing customer traffic, trends, and market dynamics to forecast demand and optimize business strategies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience of sales/account management or project management, including launching new products to market
- Knowledge of products and services in the telecom field, such as A2P messaging, SMS platforms, etc.
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and deal-making skills.
- Experience with telecom industry players like All Telecom, Infobip, GMS, SMS platforms is highly desirable.
- Resilience, ability to work under pressure, creative problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluency in Russian and English is a must.
