Customer Support Specialist
HeySMS Team is looking for a communicative Support Specialist to join our team, who will provide customer support and management!
We are also open to considering candidates without experience but with the necessary level of English and a desire to develop in this direction.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries, written and verbal communication
- Providing answers to customer questions and assistance with arising issues
- Product consultation
- Managing customer requests
- Working with the platform (administering customer accounts)
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate thoughts clearly
- Proficient PC user
- English language B2+
- High level of communication and customer-oriented approach
- Understanding of customer service principles and methodologies
- Willingness to work night shifts
Would be a plus:
- Experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in another foreign language at a B2+ level
