Business Analyst
HeySMS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with Product Owners to establish requirements and ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and development teams. The primary responsibilities include managing functional requirements, facilitating requirements design sessions, analyzing data and business processes, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with development and business teams to deliver optimized solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Product Owners to establish a requirements baseline for projects.
- Manage functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate requirements design and improvement sessions with Product Owners.
- Establish and share best practices of Business Analysis across the team.
- Support user acceptance activities to ensure that business and system requirements are met.
- Analyze data, data flows, and business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Create prototypes and diagrams to visualize requirements and solutions.
- Work on non-typical tasks/projects that require innovative solutions.
- Choose new or adapt existing requirement documentation frameworks to project needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on B2B applications.
- Expertise in creating different types of requirements, such as business, user, system, and transition requirements.
- Skills to identify and resolve inconsistencies in project/product requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and conceptual skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills; ability to communicate requirements efficiently to cross-functional teams.
- Broad understanding of business practices and processes.
- Demonstrated success in previous projects with measurable outcomes.
